A leading Fire and Security company with a strong reputation across the South West is seeking a Service Manager to join their expanding team.
This position is ideal for an established Service Manager seeking a fresh challenge or an experienced Senior Engineer ready to step up into a management role.

Responsibilities - Fire and Security Service Manager

As a Service Manager, your role will include:

Managing and mentoring a team of field engineers
Conducting regular site visits and one-to-one meetings
Monitoring and achieving KPI performance
Maintaining high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Working from the office two days per week and the remainder in the field

Requirements - Fire and Security Service Manager

Minimum 5 years' experience within the Fire & Security industry
Previous experience as a Service Manager or Senior Engineer
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
Strong technical knowledge across Fire & Security systems (install, service, commissioning)
Full UK Driving Licence (no points desired)
Experience across Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Public sectors
