JOB TYPE: Contract, FullTime

Our Desktop Support opening requires strong Hardware and Software skills and will perform high priority end-user support. The responsibilities of this role include maintaining Service Request Reports, managing Desktop Technician Resources and documenting, relating, summarizing and maintaining various data reports in all relevant areas.

Responsibilities include:

Performing high priority end-user support at the desktop and designated company sites

Deploying new PC & Mac computers (Install, Add, Move, & Change)

Maintaining loaner provisions

Resolving, responding to and reporting of Desktop Technician Resource incidents and requests; monthly reports of services performed

Reporting, Maintaining and summarizing necessary information from Service Desk

Maintaining and summarizing account of Device Data Sanitization

Various reporting including: incident, service request and data sanitization summary- 3-5 years desktop support experience

* Hardware knowledge of HP Desktop & Laptop computers as well as IOS devices

* Analysis, Diagnosis, and Resolution of Incidents

* Ability to Install, Configure, Test, Maintain & Troubleshoot end-user devices

* Software knowledge includes Windows Operating Systems; Internet Explorer & Edge; SCCM Client, MS Office, IOS and affiliated programs

* Strong Management Skills in: Incident, Service, Basic Inventory and Configuration
