An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required to support the commercial delivery of a cut and carve refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Marylebone.
You'll be responsible for subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost reporting, and managing variations on a complex heritage scheme, working closely with an experienced commercial team.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role

Background in refurbishment or heritage projects preferred

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
