Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + £15,000 bonus

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Estimator - Glazing & Facade Refurbishment will involve:

• Estimator position promoting a range of glazing and facade refurbishment services
• Dealing with inbound project enquiries and reviewing scopes of work
• Creation of estimates, scope of works, briefs and proposals for a variety of projects, repairs, refurbishment and small works re-active projects
• Carrying out site surveys and measurements to compile further information for quotation
• Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information as required
• Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
• Producing formal quotations to clients and follow up to convert sale
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Build and maintain relationships with customer base
• Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Estimating for projects ranging in value from £1.5k to £500k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Building Envelope Refurbishment with:

• Must have estimating experience within the glazing and facade refurbishment market sector
• Familiar with costing repairs, repair materials and labour
• Ideally will have a strong technical understanding of the roofing market sector
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong numerical skills
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ambitious, energetic, driven, articulate and organised individual
