About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist - or an individual with relevant experience - to join our supportive team at a vibrant SEN school in Hemel Hempstead. You'll work closely with students who require targeted support to develop their communication skills, collaborating with teaching staff and external professionals to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
Work 1:1 and in small groups to support student progress
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies across the school
Contribute to EHCP planning and reviews where necessary
Liaise with families and outside agencies to support holistic careWe're Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience working with children or young people with speech and language needs (school, clinical, or support settings)
Has a strong understanding of communication difficulties and strategies to support them
Is compassionate, proactive, and a team player
Is enthusiastic about working in a SEN environment
