• Business partnering with other departments to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Monitoring business KPIs to ensure they’re being achieved.
• Assisting the Property team to drive focus on finding new locations.
• Complete analysis based on minimising costs to the business around logistics, transportation, retail & HR.
• Maintain and improve on existing excel models to minimise costs to the business while maximising profit.
• Management of new sales order entry process including kick-off of commercial process and associated documentation
• Work alongside other departments to ensure accurate system set up of sales orders
• Ongoing management of process and reporting to support commercial process including flagging of issues for resolution
• Ad hoc analysis for various stakeholders in the business.

Experience & Skill Requirements:

• Degree in a highly numerate subject or similar with a 2:1 or above.
• Strong numeracy skills along with excellent Excel skills
• A minimum 2:1 in a highly numeric subject such as Maths /Chemistry/Finance and Accounting/Economics
• An enthusiastic and focused person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• A driven individual with the desire to learn and understand the business and help solve problems.
• Confident and approachable manner and able to converse with senior management.
• Proactive attitude and business acumen to actively challenge and make recommendations.
