Proactive Personnel are working with a large manufacturer based in Deeside, to recruit an experienced Machine Operator, for a long term position within a friendly team.

Hours and Pay:

* 24/7 rota - days and nights

* £11.44 per hour whilst training on day shift, to increase to £13.23 per hour on shift

* Ongoing work, permanent position

The successful candidate will:

* Have come from a manufacturing environment, working towards targets

* Be confident around heavy machinery

* Be reliable and hardworking

* Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues

Duties:

* Safely operating machinery in a fast paced environment

* Working to KPIs and tight production schedules

* Maintain a tidy work area at all times

* Planning effectively to maintain high quality and minimise waste
