Support Engineer (Cloud Applications Networking). Market-leading software house is seeking a positive, tech-driven Support Engineer to support their operation as they open the doors of their first London office. You will act as a critical link between the customer and internal technology teams, so you will need to be able to relay complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. In this Support Engineer role, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Customer Success, Product Management and Development teams, managing a queue of customer support issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a confident team player, willing to get stuck into resolving diverse challenges and use their initiative to work independently through quieter periods.
