I have a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Registered Manager to take on a new challenge or a Deputy Manager looking for their next step...!

The role is to become registered with OFSTED as the manager of a children's residential care home.

The home is a brand new service, being part of a national organisation that offer career progression and support with training and development.

Details:

• Children's Home Manager
• Supporting children and young people within an OFSTED regulated service
• Open and ensure the service is a safe environment for children and young people
• Working for a national company, that offers therapeutic support for children and young people

• Work alongside the RI to ensure the home is safe, supporting and an enriching environment to create positive outcomes for children and young people
• You will manage the day to day operations, ensuring the home is compliant with OFSTED and meets company standards
• You will work alongside an HR and recruitment department to assist with staff management, recruitment, and development
• The home is based in Leeds

Pay:

• £40,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience and qualifications

Requirements

• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
• Level 5 in leadership and management, or working towards
• Level 3 in children and young people
• Driving Licence
