Job Title: Time Critical Logistics Coordinator

Location: Ravensbank Business Park, Redditch

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, ½-hour break)

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days
Note: This role is office-based; hybrid working is not optional.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and focused Time Critical Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ravensbank Business Park, Redditch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transport/logistics and be able to communicate effectively at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

* Booking and tracking the movement of goods from A to B.

* Keeping customers informed throughout the process.

* Maintaining full control and ensuring smooth operations.

* Collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Skills Required:

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Ideally, a transport background (UK/EU or worldwide).

* Experience working in a busy environment.

* Ability to handle stressful situations (line stoppage risks and high-profile shipments).

* A can-do attitude and pride in the job.

Additional Information:

* Some weekend working is required on a rota basis.
