The successful candidate will report to the Global HSS Lead / UK Senior HSEQ Manager and will play a key role in maintaining compliance with UK and global Group policies, procedures, and ISO certifications.
The successful HSEQ Manager will be expected to:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSEQ roles within engineering, construction, or heavy plant/machinery environments
• Strong understanding of HSEQ legislation, standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage HSEQ within project frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High standard of report writing and presentation skills.

Job Description:
The HSEQ Manager will play a pivotal role demonstrating a strong background in construction, engineering, or heavy plant/machinery, who is comfortable balancing hands-on site work with senior-level responsibilities such as client engagement and warranty support.
Duties to include but not limited to:
HSEQ Leadership & Compliance
• Support the UK Senior HSEQ Manager in maintaining and enhancing the ISO-certified Integrated Business Management System.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safe systems of work for both project-specific and general activities.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions to site personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to assess HSEQ performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Project & Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with project and technical managers to develop HSEQ and ITC plans, including risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response protocols.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams on HSEQ matters.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, from site teams to senior leadership.
Product Quality & Warranty Support
• Manage product quality and warranty issues
• Work closely with Engineering and Service teams to resolve equipment-specific concerns and drive continuous improvement.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workload and wants to deliver the best service and practices being a self-starter and splitting time between working in the office and sites in London on a weekly basis.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am – 4.30pm – however some flexibility around start or finish time
