SEN Teaching Assistant

Reed Education is supporting a Special School in South Shields who need a highly motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join their successful team.

They are a school for pupils aged 4 - 16 whose special needs cover a broad spectrum of medical, physical, social, emotional and moderate learning difficulties.

The role is in Key Stage 1.

We require the following:

• An excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for learning and raising standards,
• The ability to inspire and develop pupils in all areas of learning and achievement,
• Experience of working with children with SEN,
• A commitment to contributing to school life and our community.

You must be a qualified Teaching Assistant for this role.

This role is expected to become a permanent role after a 12-week period with Reed Education.
