Graduates or students in Psychology or Health and Social Care

Experience working or volunteering in schools, care roles, or with children or young people with SEN

A genuine passion for supporting children with learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, or complex needs

Positive, resilient, and empathetic individuals ready to learn and grow

💼 The Role:

Full-time position (Monday-Friday, term-time only)

Working 1:1 or in small groups with children who need extra support

Assisting teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Gaining valuable practical experience in education, therapy, and care-ideal for careers in educational psychology, social work, speech & language therapy, and more

Key Requirements:

Placements/ Volunteering/ or Employed experience working with children and young people with SEND, particularly within a school or care setting.
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting students with complex needs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies.
Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students.Benefits:
