About Us Link3 Recruitment is a trusted education recruitment agency supporting schools with high-quality staffing solutions across the UK. We are currently seeking a reliable and professional School Administrator to join a welcoming and well-organised school in Coventry on a part-time basis.
The Role This is a front-facing, varied administrative position at the heart of the school. As the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, you will be responsible for managing front desk duties, maintaining a professional environment, and supporting wider administrative functions within the school office.
Key Responsibilities -
Greet visitors, staff, and parents warmly while ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed

Handle incoming calls & messages in a professional and timely manner

Assist with emails, data entry, filing, documentation, and general admin tasks

Support staff, parents, & pupils with queries in a helpful, approachable manner

Use school systems and Microsoft Office confidently & accurately, including Arbor (training can be provided)

Maintain calm and organisation in a fast-paced school environment
Minimum Requirements To be considered, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Experience:

Previous admin or customer service experience required

School office experience is highly desirable, but not essential

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Friendly and professional manners

Strong attention to detail & accuracy

Ability to multitask & stay composed under pressure

Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems

Familiarity with Arbor or other school MIS systems is a bonus

Reliable, punctual, and organised
