What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Nursery Manager
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
• Confidence leading inspections and maintaining standards
• Strong organisational and communication skills

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Maintain Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and compliance
• Support and develop staff across the setting
• Oversee routines, ratios, and overall room practice
• Build relationships with parents and manage communication
• Lead inspections and ensure the nursery remains inspection-ready
