Due to continued growth, Invision Recruitment are now seeking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team, located in our busy office in Bishop's Stortford. We are looking for a motivated and hungry individual to join us as we embark on our next phase of growth.

The Position

We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work from our Bishop's Stortford Office. Working directly with leading, high-billing Associate Directors to support and assist on key accounts as well as building your own desk within your specified sector. Due to business growth, an opportunity exists to join a high performing team. This professional team works directly with the leading Construction companies and maintains close relationships with the most respected and prestigious companies delivering a high level of service.

Candidate Sourcing Responsibilities:

* Responsible for sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, database, networking events, and referrals.

* Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing qualifications and fit for the job.

* Writing and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.

* Conducting face to face meetings or Microsoft Teams meetings with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the position.

* Presenting qualified candidates to clients, including providing detailed information about their skills, experience, and qualifications.

* Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates regarding job offers, salary, and other employment terms.

* Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

* Market Research, keeping up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and other market factors that may impact recruitment efforts.

* Gathering feedback from clients and candidates to continuously improve the recruitment process and service delivery.

* Collaborating with other members of the recruitment team, such as Managing Directors, Associate Directors, Consultants, Resourcing consultants / Trainee Consultants and the administration / finance team, to meet client needs and achieve recruitment targets.
