We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager for a Nursing home in Derby. This role is ideal for a manager who values quality, builds strong teams, and is motivated to continuously improve services for residents and their families.

This is a lovely independent home, that's been family-run for a number of years. Whilst the last year has been challenging for them, the owner is committed to ensuring the service has everything it needs to flourish and the recruitment of a stable, quality-focused Manager is the next step.

The Registered Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the care home, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and well-run environment.

The Role

* Drive continuous improvement through audits, feedback, and learning.

* Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and regulators.

About You

* You'll need experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or care home.

* A nursing qualification isn't essential- there'll be a clinical lead within the service - but you will need to be qualified to QCF 5 in Social Care Leadership and Management or have a nursing qualification if not.

* Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and best practice

* Confident, approachable leader with excellent communication skills

* Passionate about dignity, respect, and person-centred care
