SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly reputable client of ours based in Derby. Our client is looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. You will be assisting their busy customer services department with a backlog of queries relating to customer orders and shipment details. Our client needs someone for at east 8 weeks, however its likley this will be reviewed and extended due to the current workload, therefore all applicants must be immediately available and must be able to commit for at least 8 weeks. 

Main duties will include
- Answering inbound calls from customers
- Update customers on the progress of their orders
- Liaise with distribution centres
- Liaise with suppliers
- Resolving queries and dealing with complaints
- Liaising with other departments and stakeholders of the business
- Inputting data onto the CRM
- General administration

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hours).

Due to the assignment starting shortly, candidates will need to be immediately available or on a short notice period.
