Job Title: Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £30k - £40k + package (maybe more depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specializes in delivery of high end residential projects across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor someone with ideally at least 1 years experience in the role to work alongside the Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Helping the Senior Surveyor with commercial Surveying of sites

*

Projects vary in size from £50k - £2m

*

Normally circa 10 x projects on at any one time

Requirements:

Quantity Surveying biased degree or similar qualification

*

At least a year's experience after University working for a Main Contractor in the Surveying department.
