Optima Health and Social Care Ltd is looking to recruit Community Support Workers to join their team based in St. Helens. This role is to support a 6 year old little boy, at home, at school and out in the community. He is a funny, caring little character with lots of attitude. 

Now more than ever we need people who are either:

  • Looking to join the health and social care workforce for the first time
  • Simply looking for a change of direction from your current role
  • Experienced in supporting children and young people with complex health and additional needs. Not essential as full training will be given to the right candidates
  • Want to work with one extremely happy child and their family?

Must Haves:

  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, waking nights and weekends
  • Be able to travel to and from service users home (max 1 house per day)
  • Hold a full UK driving license 
  • Commit to minimum of 18 months contract (for service user benefit)
  • Can use mobile apps to access info needed to complete work tasks
  • You must be energetic and passionate about caring and supporting people
