What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping a close eye on what's selling (and what's not), spotting trends, and helping shape decisions that drive performance.
Managing stock levels and intake, making sure we've got the right product in the right place at the right time.
Working with the buying and design teams to plan ranges, track deliveries, and react quickly to what our customers want.
Running the WSSI and making sure our forecasts are as sharp and up-to-date as possible.
Building great relationships with suppliers and brand partners to make sure we keep delivering amazing product, on time.
Supporting markdowns and repeats - knowing when to go again and when to hold back.
Sharing insights on what's working, what's trending, and where we could go next.What We're Looking For:

You might already be a Junior Merchandiser, or you could be an Assistant Merchandiser who's ready for the next challenge.
Either way, you'll need to be:

Super organised and into the detail - but also commercial and fashion-savvy
Comfortable juggling tasks and working at pace
Great with people - whether it's your team, a buyer, or a brand partner
