Bookkeeper needed for Health products company in Palm Beach Gardens. We sell products primarily to MD's and DO's. You will be assisting the manager. Duties include taking phone orders from clients, charging credit cards via Quickbooks Pro, preparing shipments for pickup with Fedex.com. Secretarial, bookkeeping and Quickbooks Pro experience is a MUST. Maintaining inventory control of products. Friendly demeanor to deal with clients on phone and bilingual is also helpful.
This is a 1 person office with a 20+yr Home based business.
Job is: MONDAY THRU THURSDAY ONLY...FROM: 12pm to 4PM - $10.00 per hour.
Salary is negotiable based upon experience.
