Groundworker - Social Housing Projects

Location: Winchester (Hampshire-wide travel)

Salary: £35,000 per annum + mileage

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

You'll be part of a friendly, experienced team that values craftsmanship, safety, and getting the job done right first time.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Laying paths, curbs, tarmac, and slabs to a high standard.
• Carrying out general domestic drainage works including excavation and reinstatement.
• Operating a 360 excavator / mini digger (under 10T).
• Reading and interpreting drawings or plans when required.
• Working on a variety of domestic/residential properties (voids and occupied).
• Travelling across sites in Winchester and wider Hampshire.

🪚 What You'll Need

• Solid experience in groundworks, preferably within social housing or domestic property environments.
• Proficiency in using 360 excavators / mini diggers (under 10T).
• Your own hand tools and basic groundwork equipment.
• A valid UK driving licence - travel between sites is essential.
• A reliable, positive attitude and the ability to work well in a small, motivated team.
