Role – Health and Safety advisor roleLocation –Based close to Downham Market, NorfolkWorking hours – Monday to Friday – 40 hours per weekSalary – £40,000 - £45,000 per annumCapacity of role - Permanent positionOur client is an established organisation who is going through a significant time of growth at the moment. They are looking to recruit for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. Applicants will need to be proficient in delivering and developing onsite policies.Main duties will include –  To maintain, adapt and implement the businesses health and safety policies across the organisation. Conducting site inspections onsite To act as the organisation’s lead competent person for health and safety as defined by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations  To ensure the organisation complies with current health and safety legislation approved codes of practice and guidance.  To work proactively with managers to establish and maintain a system that promotes a culture of safe working practices across the organisation.Candidate attributes -  Excellent written and interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge constructively. Effective team working and networking skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative. A relevant professional qualification e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH Diploma. The ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload.Skills:Health and Safety, Policies, Procedures, Safe working practices, Excellent communication skills, Qualifications:IOSH/NEBOSHKeywords:Health and Safety, Policies, Procedures, Safe working practices, Excellent communication skills,
