Empower Talent are partnered with a well-established retail organisation in Stirling to recruit a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Operative. This is a long-term, permanent role within a busy site that needs someone who takes pride in keeping a building safe, functional and presentable.

The Role

You'll be the on-site go-to for general maintenance across the site.

* Carrying out day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance

* Basic plumbing, joinery and painting tasks

* Reactive maintenance - fixing issues quickly and properly

* Maintaining store equipment and ensuring safe operation

* Supporting compliance checks and building safety routines

* Liaising with store management and external contractors

* Keeping maintenance logs updated and organised

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in a maintenance, caretaking or handyman-style role

* Good all-round practical skills

* Someone who can spot problems early and sort them without fuss

* A safe, tidy worker who takes pride in doing things properly

* Able to work independently and manage your own workload

* Strong communication skills and a straightforward, dependable attitude
