We're recruiting for a highly experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a complex, multi-site operation in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:

As Operations Manager, you'll lead the delivery of a high-value, multi-site contract across Bristol, ensuring performance and compliance at every level:

  • Take full ownership of a PFI contract, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
  • Oversee Facilities Management service delivery across multiple sites
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and lifecycle planning
  • Lead, develop, and support site-based teams and managers
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement
  • Manage suppliers and subcontractors to maintain high service standards
What we're looking for:

To be successful as an Operations Manager in Bristol, you must have the following:

  • Essential: Strong experience within Facilities Management (FM) and proven delivery of PFI contracts
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site operations
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets
  • A recognised technical or FM qualification (IWFM, NEBOSH or similar preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A structured, compliance-focused approach with strong attention to detail
