Job Description


  • Performs data entry; prepares post and proofs accounting documents, such as fees, receipts, invoices, requisitions, vouchers, expense accounts, and related operating reports.
  • Receives and reconciles petty cash; maintains cash book or other control record.
  • Reviews invoices and post data into the Accounts Payable System.
  • Reviews and reconciles employee expense reports and enters into the Accounts Payable System.
  • Prepares checks for mailing.
  • Files and maintains clerical records and reports, relays pertinent information to accounting supervisors.
  • To perform other related duties and task as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma with 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be proficient in Excel
