Duties will be varied and will include overseeing project delivery and mentoring more junior staff.

They need someone who is a natural technical lead already working in a leadership role. The consultancy has a contemporary approach to their work and there is a real focus on work/life balance and as such there is a flexible working policy along with regular staff social events.

You should be a Chartered engineer with excellent communication skills and a commercially astute problem solver.
