About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Finance Advisor to support individuals who are receiving significant compensation payments. The role will involve interpreting relevant regulations and producing clear, practical guidance to help recipients manage large sums of money responsibly. This includes advising on fraud prevention, wealth protection, and inheritance tax implications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret financial regulations related to compensation payments.
• Produce accessible, easy-to-understand documents offering practical financial advice.
• Provide guidance on safeguarding against fraud and ensuring funds are protected.
• Advise on inheritance tax planning and long-term wealth management.
• Work directly with individuals to support confident and informed financial decision-making.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, ideally in a one-to-one advisory setting.
• Strong ability to analyse legislation and translate it into clear, practical guidance.
• Solid knowledge of compensation, fraud prevention, and inheritance tax.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Previous experience advising on compensation-related financial matters.
