FM Service Planner / Coordinator

A well-established, privately owned building services contractor is seeking an experienced FM Service Planner / Coordinator to support the delivery of maintenance works on a key static site near North-West London.

This is a fast-paced, operations-focused role where you will coordinate engineers, schedule works, and ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the central point of coordination for all service and maintenance activities
Schedule and allocate work to a team of Gas and Building Services Engineers based on priority and location
Plan workloads efficiently to ensure optimum engineer utilisation
Manage incoming service requests via phone and email from the client
Liaise closely with Contract Managers to support service delivery and performance
Monitor and update job progress, ensuring timely completion
Support KPI and SLA performance through effective planning and organisationRequirements:

Previous experience in a service planning, scheduling or coordination role (ideally within building services, FM or engineering)
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a busy environment
Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
Experience coordinating engineers or field-based staff is highly desirable
Competent in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
Able to commute to Nort-West LondonFM Service Planner/ Co-ordinator - Up to £28-32k dependent on experience + Bonus scheme + Package
