Salary: £19000 - £21000 / annually

We are working with an award-winning brand in Solihull who are currently recruiting for a Team Coordinator to join their successful team to support in looking after some of their biggest accounts. This role is fast paced and requires lots of multi-tasking to ensure projects are being delivered effectively.

The main duties of the Team Coordinator will include:

  • To ensure all customer queries are handled in a professional and timely manner
  • To process orders and manage delivery times, keeping customers updated with every step of their project
  • To develop a clear understanding of all products and services on offer
  • To liaise with different departments and coordinate all administration tasks

To be considered for the role of Team Coordinator you will have:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
