We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our multidisciplinary team in Derby.

Our facility provides low secure and mental health rehabilitation care based on the Recovery Model. As a Support Worker, you will be the backbone of our care delivery, working across our specialized wards including:

Shift Patterns

We operate a rotating shift pattern to ensure 24/7 care:

Day Shifts: 07:30 - 20:00

Night Shifts: 19:30 - 08:00

*

Typically includes a mix of 3-on/4-off rotations including weekends.

Experience: Previous experience in mental health or learning disabilities is preferred but not essential, as full training (including the Care Certificate) is provided.
