The Opportunity

They're seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic European marketing team. This remote role offers the perfect opportunity to drive significant growth across European markets while working with cutting-edge advertising platforms.

What You'll Do

Campaign Management

Plan and execute high-impact campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms
Manage substantial advertising budgets to maximise ROI
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative developmentOptimisation & Analysis

Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Analyse performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards
Scale successful campaigns and identify growth opportunitiesReporting & Strategy

Create comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities

What They're Looking For

Essential Experience:

2+ years in performance marketing with strong Google Ads and Meta expertise
Proven track record managing significant ad spend with excellent ROI
Deep understanding of key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysisDesirable Skills:

TikTok advertising and app marketing experience
Additional European languages
Strong analytical and communication abilities
Self-motivated with excellent project management skills
