Fomac agency require an experienced Quantity surveyor. This role will be site based located in central London. The job will be a high standard mansion house project refurbishment and a successful applicant will have:
- minimum of 5 years experience working as a quantity surveyor
- a degree in quantity surveying
- proven experience in cost estimation and cost control within the construction industry
- proficient in all relevant software applications for quantity surveying and project management is an advantage
- hold a valid CSCS card
- MRICS or MCIOB desirable (not essential)
- strong knowledge of contracts and legal principles
- Experienced in re-measurement, valuations, and supply chain negotiation
- a right to work in the UK
