This is an exciting opportunity to teach learners across a range of programmes, from Level 1 to Level 3, including apprenticeships. You'll help shape their futures through hands-on delivery, dynamic classroom teaching, and robust assessment practices.

You'll be responsible for:

Teaching on a range of electrical installation courses and apprenticeships

Delivering theory and practical sessions that motivate and engage learners

Designing schemes of work and creating resources aligned with curriculum intent

Supporting learners with personalised feedback and guidance

Supervising workshop activity and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols

You'll also contribute to:

Curriculum development and innovation

Quality assurance and assessment processes

Pastoral care and learner support

Employer engagement and work placements (as applicable)

What we're looking for:

A recognised qualification in Electrical Installation (Level 3 or higher)

A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one

Industry experience in the electrical field

Knowledge of current standards, including wiring regulations

A commitment to inclusive teaching, strong organisation, and digital innovation
