An exciting opportunity for a Paraplanner to join a successful and growing Chartered wealth management firm!
Clever-HR has partnered with a Chartered wealth management that offers deliverance of first-class advice across all aspects of Financial Planning. This includes investments, pension planning and IHT planning.
Established for nearly 20 years, the company is now looking for a Paraplanner to join the team, to continue developing on their solid foundations and excellent reputation. Offices are located to the South East of Birmingham/ West of Coventry.
Key duties:
- Administration of both new and existing business, ensuring compliance and process procedures are followed
- Experience writing suitability reports on a variety of case types
- Maintaining accuracy of client information and assisting with the on-going management of the client
- Interacting with clients in an efficient and professional manner
- Research and analysis Potential opportunity for involvement with investment analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team but also manage own workloads
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an IFA paraplanner or administrator
- Knowledge of FCA rules relating to the financial advice process.
- An interest in financial services particularly pensions and investments
- Computer literate with a practical grasp of technical issues and have the ability to deliver high-quality work to deadline
- Ideally level 4 qualified or working towards CII qualifications or educated to a minimum of A Level standard/past financial services experience with a commitment to work towards CII qualifications
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office is advantageous
