M&E Project Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + Company Car
Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

We're looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to deliver complex building services projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. You'll lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring technical compliance, budget control, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage mechanical, electrical, and public health projects end-to-end.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Oversee design reviews, integration, and commissioning.
Control budgets, costs, and procurement schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.About You:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or similar).
5+ years' M&E project management experience.
Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Familiarity with project planning tools, BIM/CAD, and relevant regulations.Benefits:
