We have partnered up with a Leading Main Contractor who is seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing division, giving you great progression opportunities; the company has a flat organisational structure, giving you direct access to the MD's of the company

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be:

As a Quantity Surveyor you will play a key role pricing tenders, and shaping the commercial success of projects that are valued up to £10m
As a Quantity Surveyor you will give accurate measurements and takeoffs from drawings and specs.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in estimating tasks.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working alongside a preconstruction team to deliver competitive and well-structured pricing.
As a Contracts Manager you will have:

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have 7+ years' experience.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will have worked within the construction industry.
As a Quantity Surveyor be familiar with public sector tendering and pricing models.
Salary up to £65,000
