Purchase Ledger Clerk - Hull - Up to £30,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a well-respected and fast-growing national engineering business based in Hull. They are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team on a permanent basis to assist the bustling, friendly finance department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable, people focused UK wide business.

Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
Processing an invoice received through to the entry stage, this includes using the various systems to cost and check an invoice
The ability to match an invoice to the purchase order and delivery note, and highlight any discrepancies in order to follow company procedure
Assisting with a key account preparation tasks
Ensure all income and costs are accurately entered in line with the company costing structures
Handling and resolving queries
Ad- hoc support with the wider finance team Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication and time management skills
Experience in a varied purchase ledger role is required
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a busy and demanding environment
