Property Administration Manager

We're working with a fantastic client in the property sector who is on the lookout for a Property Administration Manager to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This is a great role for someone who's organised, proactive, and enjoys speaking with investors while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Our client is part of a well-established development group with a brilliant reputation across the industry. Known for delivering some of the most exciting residential schemes on offer and having a culture that keeps people for years and years with prove progression across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Property Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Organise and conduct mid-term inspections and check-outs, providing high-quality reports to landlords
Ensure all compliance documentation is completed with accuracy and efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and landlords alike
Provide landlords with insightful market updates based on property data
Manage investor returns and deal with related queries in a timely manner
Assist the lettings team when needed The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant property software
Previous experience or understanding of the property industry (advantageous but not essential)
A customer-focused approach with confidence and personality
