Responsibilities of Supply Teachers:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
Create a positive and engaging classroom environment, maintaining behaviour in line with school policies
Adapt to the routines and expectations of different schools and classrooms confidently
Mark work and leave constructive feedback for the returning teacher where required
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
Primary Supply Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in the UK
Experience working as a Supply Teacher across UK primary schools
Early Careers Teachers and experienced teachers welcome
Strong classroom management and a flexible, positive approach
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
