Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects, with scope covering tunnelling, bridge works, service diversions and large-scale civils construction. The successful candidate must be available full time, on-site in West London.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the efficient and effective management of accurate, timely, and contract-compliant documentation

- Work closely with project management, engineering teams, the employer's commercial team, and the client.

- Prepare periodic valuations and claims for completed work

- Maintain effective cost control, identifying contractual and commercial risks and opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements relevant to the role.

- Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and contract budget reports.

- Keep risk registers and contingency records updated

- Review value management proposals

- Support procurement through tenders, including subcontract documentation production

- Manage subcontracts from placement to final account, including payment applications and variation registers.

Requirements:

- Relevant degree in Quantity surveying or equivalent industry experience

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Right to work in the UK

- Power BI experience

- Experience in rail or infrastructure projects
