Senior Management Accountant Leeds | Up to £50k + Benefits

Working as part of a supportive finance function, the Management Accountant will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting divisional reporting
• Quarterly reviews of commercial projects (including WIP)
• Monitoring unbilled amounts and ensuring timely financial transactions
• Balance sheet reviews and reconciliations
• Ad hoc analysis to support wider business performance
• Assisting with SOX compliance and audit requirements
• Driving process improvements, efficiencies and automation
• Supporting, and potentially managing, junior finance colleagues 

What we’re looking for:

• Fully or nearly qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
• Confident communicator with the ability to partner across the business
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Naturally collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset
