Are you a motivated Domiciliary Care Manager looking for your next challenge? I'm working on behalf of an exciting and ambitious care provider based in the Bolton area, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop a growing branch that's only 6 months old.
This is the perfect role for a strong manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants the autonomy to shape and grow a service from the ground up.

The Role:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulations
Build and manage care packages and staffing rotas
Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff
Drive growth by developing local authority and private business
Be part of the on-call rota as requiredWhat We're Looking For:

Experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar senior care role
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Sound understanding of CQC requirements and service compliance
Passion for delivering high-quality care
Driven, people-focused, and business-mindedWhat's on Offer:
