Thrive Group Bolton are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our client based in the Wigan area. This is a temporary position working Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts required.
An FLT Counterbalance licence is desired for this role.
The role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting daily operations to ensure goods are handled efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing orders accurately
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
Heavy lifting and manual handling of goods
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Assisting with stock checks and inventory control
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Requirements
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy goods
Good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
What We Offer
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 for first week training and then going onto a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 - 14:00 AND 14:00 - 22:00
