£40,000-£50,000 + Overtime + On-Call + Van

Mon-Fri | 40 Hours | Flexible Start (6am-6pm)

We're working with a well-established firm (65 engineers strong across the South East) that has recently won a major contract - covering pubs, restaurants, and hospitality venues. With an expanding workload and long-term contracts, this is a fantastic time to join as a HVAC Engineer with potential to move into a Lead or Supervisor role as the division grows.

What's on offer:

* £40,000-£50,000

* 1 in 12 on-call rota (moving to 1 in 16)
→ £100 standby
→ 4 hours minimum call-out pay
→ Door-to-door pay when on call

* Flexible working hours - work anytime between 6am-6pm

* Paid travel after first 30 minutes

* Van + fuel card (personal use allowed - first 10 miles free/day)

* Overtime opportunities - loads available with new contracts

* Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays
→ Increases by 1 day per year up to 28 days + BH
