Salary £40,000 Basic + Company Car & uncapped commission

Client:
Our client is a multi-million-pound organisation, operating globally across 36 different countries and has a large existing database of clients. They offer bespoke, niche products and are a market leader within their Industry..
You will be responsible for:
* Generating new business and identifying opportunity to grow existing accounts
* Managing your own diary
* Achieving operational targets, budgets and KPI's
* Territory management
* Building relationships with decision makers
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a minimum of 5 year of Technical Sales experience.
* Have a successful sales background/knowledge within agriculture, plant hire, machinery, engineering or construction.
* Live within the M4 corridor / south west / south wales
* Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
* Entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen
