The Talent Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent team with programme delivery, reporting and operational tasks across a global remit. This role offers hybrid working, on a full-time basis.

Description

The Talent Coordinator will:

Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
Partner with the Talent team to support the roll out of programs and initiatives.
Work closely with senior leadership on talent mapping, succession planning and skills assessments, including investigation work and presentation back to the business
Maintain and update reports and dashboards using various data sources- this role will be one of the "data superusers" in the HR team, so advanced analytical skills are requiredProfile

A successful Talent Coordinator needs to have:

Experience working in an HR or Talent team, ideally within a multinational remit
Advanced excel skills
An ability to use data to tell a story
Confident in working with and presenting to Senior leadership teamsJob Offer

A salary of £38,000 - 40,000 per anum, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private medical cover, enhanced pension and much more
