Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at the refurb of a school in Chester with M+E upgrades, doors and windows throughout school. 20 week long project with opportunity to go perm for the right person.

Duties

* Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

* Coordinate site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.

* Monitor site safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate smooth operations.

* Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify areas for improvement.

* Prepare reports on site performance and present findings to senior management.

Skills

* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a relevant industry.

* Having worked on school refurbishments over £1 mil are a must

* SMSTS and First Aid

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.

* Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

* Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team towards achieving common goals.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to the site environment.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
