MMP Consultancy are seeking a Building Surveyor for a Major Works Programme in South London, Surveying and Delivering defects post delivery.

Title: Building Surveyor - Repairs and Major Works Defects
Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)

Join us as a Building Surveyor and play a key role in inspecting Council homes, identifying defects from recent major works (notably window replacements), and overseeing repairs. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, quality, and comfort of residents' homes in Southwark.
Required Skills:

Experience in social housing repairs, surveys, and defect management
Knowledge of windows (uPVC) replacements and damp/mould issues
Strong project management and communication skills
Nice to Have:

Experience with refurbishment planning and contractor oversight
Housing regulation knowledge
Essential Qualifications:

MRICS or MCIOB
Relevant building surveying qualification
